Privacy policy

Who we are

Lifetime Logistics Services LLC is a freight broker and trucking company in Covina, California. You can reach us about privacy at info@lifetimelogistics.com or (562) 566-8953.

Information you give us

When you send the quote form, we collect what you type into it: your name, company, phone number and email address, the pickup and delivery locations, the pickup date, the trailer type, the weight and a description of the freight.

With the form we also record the address of the page you sent it from and which part of the site it came from, so we know which page led to the request. If you call or email us, we receive whatever you choose to tell us.

Information collected automatically

Our web host keeps standard server logs. They include your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, and the browser and device type. We use them to keep the site running and secure.

The quote form measures how long it took to fill in and includes a field that people cannot see. Both exist only to block automated spam and are not used to identify you.

To limit how many requests one connection can send, the server keeps a hashed form of your IP address (not the address itself) with the times of your requests. It is kept for up to two days and removed the next time the form is used after that.

This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or session recording.

How we use information

• To reply to your quote request and, if you book, to arrange, track and bill your shipment
• To contact you about that request or shipment by phone or email
• To keep records of quotes and shipments as our business and the law require
• To protect the site against spam and abuse

Who receives it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

A quote request is delivered to our team by email and into the system we use to manage quotes. The companies that provide our website hosting, our email and the servers that run that system process the information for us. If you book a shipment, we share the details needed to move it, such as pickup and delivery contacts, with the carrier that hauls it.

We disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and shipment records for as long as we need them for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax and recordkeeping requirements. Server logs are kept for a limited time by our hosting provider.

Your choices and California privacy rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@lifetimelogistics.com or call (562) 566-8953. We will confirm who you are before acting on a request, and we will not treat you differently for making one. Some records must be kept by law, and we will tell you if that applies.

California residents have these rights under state law, along with the right to know that we do not sell or share personal information.

Your browser may send a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. Because this site does not track visitors across other websites and does not sell or share personal information, it behaves the same way whether or not the signal is on.

Children

This site is for businesses that ship freight. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to quote requests is limited to the people and systems that need them. No method of sending or storing information is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be described on this page.
