The short version
We move truckload freight across the western United States, from the whole West Coast to Texas: more than 1,700 loads from January through September 2026. Some of it rides on our own trucks and 53 foot dry van trailers, which are based in Southern California. Most of it rides with partner carriers that we hire as a licensed property broker.
Our whole operation runs from one place, in Covina in the San Gabriel Valley east of Los Angeles. Shippers reach the same team whether the load is in Rancho Cucamonga or Tacoma.
How we are registered
Lifetime Logistics Services LLC is registered with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Our numbers are USDOT 3711199 and MC 1302550, and our broker authority for property is active. You can confirm that on the FMCSA company snapshot, which is public.
We give those numbers here so you can check them before you ship with us. The snapshot shows our legal name, our Covina location and the same phone number you see on this site. Anyone can look it up for free on the FMCSA website, by company name or by number, and we encourage shippers to do it for every broker and carrier they use.
What our records say about our work
Instead of slogans, here is what we actually did from January through September 2026. We moved more than twenty loads in a normal week. About three in four were dry van, one in eight flatbed and one in eleven power only. About one in nine involved a dropped trailer. A quarter rode on our own trucks.
More than nine loads in ten touched California. Arizona was next, then Nevada, and then a group of states where we run about once a week each: Oregon, Washington, Utah, New Mexico, Idaho and Texas. The details are on the service areas page.
How we choose partner carriers
When a load goes to a partner carrier, we check that carrier through Highway before we tender it. Highway verifies who the carrier is, that their operating authority and insurance are active, and whether there are warning signs of fraud. Freight theft through stolen carrier identities is a real problem in our industry, and this step is how we guard against it.
Whoever hauls the load, we stay your point of contact from dispatch to delivery.
What happens after you book
We confirm the pickup and delivery details in writing, dispatch the truck and keep track of the load while it moves, checking in with the driver or carrier for arrival times. If something changes, such as a delay at the shipper or weather on a pass, you hear it from us. After delivery we send the signed proof of delivery with the invoice.
What we do not do
We would rather lose a quote than take a load we are not set up for. We do not list refrigerated freight, less than truckload shipments, port drayage, team or expedited service, or trucking into Mexico or Canada. We do not operate warehouses. And we do not have offices outside Covina.
