Your request goes straight to our dispatch team in Covina, California. Someone reads it, checks the lane and the date against the trucks we have, and replies by email or phone with a price. If we need a detail we do not have, such as dock hours or pallet count, we will ask.

What makes a quote accurate
- Exact cities or ZIP codes for the pickup and the delivery
- The date the freight is ready, and whether either end needs an appointment
- Trailer type: dry van, flatbed, or power only if you have your own trailer

- What the freight is, and anything unusual about loading or unloading
